Biography:
Agatha K. Raynor is a shareholder with the firm. She concentrates her practice in civil defense litigation with emphasis in the areas of products liability litigation, mass, tort litigation, employment litigation, municipal law, business and commercial litigation. Ms. Raynor has been involved in numerous jury trials, bench trials and administrative evidentiary hearings. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, The Milwaukee Bar Association, the Civil Trial Council of Wisconsin, the Association of Women Lawyers and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association (Historian 2001-2003). Agatha’s recent presentations include seminars on Reductions in Force and Employment Discrimination. She has also presented seminars on legal ethics and Wisconsin tort law. Ms. Raynor was recognized a Rising Star in the Wisconsin Superlawyers peer survey in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
