Biography:
Dena M. Bauer is a paralegal with Crivello Carlson, S.C. Her principal area of practice is in personal injury litigation. Dena worked with the litigation team to successfully defend the wrongful death actions from the Miller Park Baseball Stadium crane collapse involving one of the world’s largest cranes. Dena assists numerous attorneys in the firm with all aspects of civil litigation from the inception of suit through trial. She has been successful in developing medical defenses for numerous slip-and-fall, motor vehicle accidents and other accidents involving severe injuries. Dena is also working on cases defending parties in lawsuits involving toxic mold.

Dena was on the Dean’s List at Milwaukee Area Technical College, receiving her A.A.S. in Paralegal Science in 1998. She was awarded the West Publishing Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement in her area of study. She is an active voting member of the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin.
