Biography:
Eric D. Carlson is a shareholder with the firm. His practice focuses on products liability, toxic tort, insurance coverage, and general litigation matters. Eric is currently defending several manufacturers and distributors involved in asbestos litigation throughout the country.
Eric has had numerous jury and bench trials in which he has successfully achieved positive results for both companies and individuals. Recently, he successfully obtained voluntary dismissal of a local company sued in an asbestos matter in southeast Wisconsin.
Eric has successfully represented a number of trucking firms throughout his career in litigation in Wisconsin and in Illinois.
