Biography:
Joshua B. Levy joined Crivello Carlson, S.C. as a shareholder in 2005. Josh served as General Counsel and V.P. of Human Resources for Westra Construction, Inc. from 2002-2005. Before that, Josh was a shareholder at Beck, Chaet & Bamberger, S.C. His practice encompasses construction litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations; OSHA hearings; commercial trials in state and federal courts; employment litigation in courts and administrative proceedings; and an array of client services designed to avoid litigation where possible. Litigation avoidance involves business counseling when disputes are imminent and structures to develop before disputes arise. Josh is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, the Wisconsin, American and Milwaukee Bar Associations and is the Chapter Counsel for the Association of Licensed Architects-Wisconsin Chapter.
