Biography:
John T. Juettner has been a shareholder at the firm since 1997. His practice areas include personal injury and product liability claims, construction litigation, insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice/nursing home defense. John has been involved in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the state and country. He has successfully defended product manufacturers in numerous jurisdictions, and he has obtained summary judgment in several significant cases, including a case in Pennsylvania which saved his client from the costs of a one year trial and exposure to over $90 million in claimed damages; a case in which a 15 month old child was severely scalded; and, a case in New York involving over $5 million in claimed damages, including exposure to asbestos containing products.
