Biography:
J. Timothy Maciolek is an associate with the firm. He concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation with emphasis in the areas of insurance coverage, business and commercial litigation, mass tort litigation, and products liability litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. During law school he interned for Judge Robert B. Kugler of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. In addition, Tim was a member of the Journal of Law and Religion at Rutgers School of Law.
