Biography:
Mary E. Nelson is a shareholder at the firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and employment law. She has defended lawsuits in state and federal court in Wisconsin and other jurisdictions and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Mary is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Defense Research Institute, Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
