Biography:
Nathan J. Bayer is an associate with the firm. He concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation, including products liability and bodily injury, in addition to some municipal law. He has also been involved in the defense of a number of mold contamination cases. As a part of his municipal practice, he acts as a prosecutor in Municipal Court and Milwaukee County Circuit Court matters. Part of his legal education was completed at the T.C. Beirne School of Law, in Queensland, Australia, in 2001, where he completed a program in International, Foreign, and Comparative Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. He also volunteers as a coach for Shorewood High School in the State Bar’s annual "mock trial" competition.
