Biography:
Ray Pollen is a shareholder with the firm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from the Marquette University Law School. His principal work is in litigation for Wisconsin municipalities and their insurers. He currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Shorewood. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin and the International Municipal Lawyers Association. Ray is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts, before the United States Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and federal district courts in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. A frequent lecturer on topics including civil rights, employment law, municipal liability and litigation related matters, Ray has been included on the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list by Milwaukee Magazine as among the top 5% of lawyers in the State. Based on peer surveys, Ray has also been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America," in the specialty of Municipal Law.
