Biography:
Travis is a shareholder of the firm. He has trial, arbitration and appellate experience in Wisconsin and nationwide.
Travis has ten years of litigation experience, first as a law clerk in the First Judicial District, and since 2002 as a litigator at Crivello Carlson, S.C.
Travis represents clients in state and federal courts in Wisconsin and across the country. He litigates both liability and coverage cases for insurers and directly for local and national companies. His clerking experience uniquely qualifies him to act as local counsel to out-of-state attorneys in Wisconsin litigation.
Travis is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Defense Council of Wisconsin and the Defense Research Institute, Product Liability Committee, Fire and Casualty Subcommittee.
He is a Director of the Downtown Montessori Academy, a small nonprofit school in the city of Milwaukee.
He regularly lectures local organizations on the constantly evolving landscape of product liability in Wisconsin.
While clerking he helped author and edit reports commissioned by then-Governor Tommy Thompson on judicial selection in the State of Wisconsin and on the issue of racial profiling.
