Biography:
John W. Halpin joined Crivello Carlson, S.C. as an associate in 2007. He litigates in state, federal, and administrative forums, where he has successfully argued motions, bench trials, and a jury trial. John is originally from Chicago and is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and Illinois. While at Marquette Law, John interned for the Honorable Lynn Adelman of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, he was a 711-licensed law clerk for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Felony Trial Division, and he interned on the Drug Unit of the Milwaukee County District Attorney. He was also a member of the Business and International Law Societies and the Student Trial Lawyers Group.
