Biography:
Daniel K. Mullin is an associate with the firm. He works as a litigator in state, federal and administrative forums. During law school, he was a member of the Business Law Society, Child and Family Law Society and a three-time recipient of the CALI Award For Academic Excellence. Daniel was also involved in the moot court program, representing Marquette in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition and the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition.
